Subject:                                         9-23-26 THOUGHTS

 

There's an awesome telling of truth in our reading this morning.   As God's grace borrowed Saul/Paul to preach His Good News in Jesus, Paul well knew the baggage of his former life!  God's power worked in Paul, mightily.   It is the job of the Church to make known the "UNSEARCHABLE RICHES OF CHRIST!"  It is also called here, the "MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD."  It is God's eternal purpose REALIZED in Jesus!

Eph 3:7-11    Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace, which was given me by the working of his power.  8  To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,  9  and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things,  10  so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.  11  This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord,

Our Prayer:
Truly Father, the riches You have bestowed on us in Christ Jesus are unsearchable.  They are beyond our comprehension.  Thank You for such wonderful love.  We praise and lift up Your great name.  Thinking about Your eternal purpose to save us in Christ Jesus is so awesome dear God.  We desire to be with You forever.   In the name of the One who saves us,   Amen.
